Bad Copy

Cartridge Heart has released the latest instalment of their our annual compilation. Go Kick-Ass! 4 features 32 previously unreleased tracks by 30 artists based out of Ontario, Canada (plus two from Quebec). The new release is out now via CD and via Bandcamp.

Combining a love of physical media, mix CDs and an enduring need to spread the word about must-hear underground music, Go Kick-Ass! encapsulates Cartridge Heart’s mission statement in a jam-packed double disc package that makes for a great companion for road trips and is a gateway to undiscovered talent.

Disc One is a punk rock poison pill with enough skate punk, pop punk, hardcore and noise punk to send you on a warped-sized head-trip. Disc Two is a mixed bag of high-energy rock n roll, post-punk, psych, shoegaze, folk/country and more that has a bit of something for everyone.
