Kendra Sheetz Brody and the Grodies has released a new single, “Trump Can Eat Poop,” on all major download and streaming platforms. The song is the second single from the band’s upcoming EP which is set for release on April 1.
In a lyric video for the new song, the Seattle-based comedic garage punk band asks, “Does he rub Cheetos on his skin?” and other questions many have been wondering. Both the song and video bring a darker tone to the band’s normally careless and sarcastic catalog of songs, which previously included “Who Drank All The Beer?” and “Elon Musk is Dumb.” In the video, a glitchy psychedelic animation of a sad bird turning into a happy poop accompanies a series of minor key riffs played at speed and ending in barely over a minute.
