Boston’s Looking Glass War has released their debut EP, Where Neon Meets The Rain. The album features four songs from the post-punk glam quartet including introductory July single “Arrive!” and August’s shoegazing “I Can Tell By The Cars” along with September’s release, “A Tsar Is Torn,” about the type of leaders who rise to power in our present day. The fourth and final track is the anthemic Britpop-inspired “A Gun On A Wall In A Scene.”

Guitarist Pete Zeigler shared the following regarding the release:

“The song-to-song flow is the real first statement from this band, as this EP shows different sides of the whole Looking Glass War sound. We’re taking classic post-punk and indie sounds and moving them beyond the derivative and into new territory. Familiar underpinnings but with new twists.”
