Kendra Sheetz Marathon States has released their debut full-length album. The band started is the music project of California raised, now Tokyo based musician Jason Thinh.
This album was written entirely in his Tokyo apartment, and is the result of a collaboration with California based multi instrumentalist Mike Thompson (The Darien Gap). The ten songs on the album pull from a lifetime of punk and indie influences and are simply about getting older in a foreign country.
Marathon States’ first ep was released in 2016 with backing members from Hard Girls.
