Chicago’s Rad Payoff has been planning a sophomore album for some time. While the principal recordings took place in early 2015, there were many snags, many long nights, and even many more drinks along the way. The new album, entitled Slow & Weird, departs from the band’s original sound while still showcasing their complex, heavy, and somehow still amazingly catchy songwriting talents. Slow & Weird will be released this Friday, April 28th via Money Fire Records. However today, we are happy to be premiering a full album stream for you courtesy of those fine folks at Avondale Promotions.
