Storm Boy Announces New Single, New Album, & East Coast Tour

Post-hardcore band Storm Boy has shared three big announcements! First, the band has released a new single entitled “Exploder.” The single is a Bandcamp exclusive and is part of the 2025 sessions with Scot Michael at Titan Recording Studio in Shoreline, WA.

The band has also announced the release of digital pre-sales for their debut and upcoming new album at both Bandcamp and Apple Music. Beast Machine Theory, which will be released on January 15th, 2026, will feature 8 tracks in 33 minutes that span the extent of Storm Boy’s history. One track dates back to the first pair of songs written for this project, one is played together for the first time the day the band entered the studio to record it, and there’s even a new track penned by Charli Beaumont.

To celebrate the release of Beast Machine Theory, Storm Boy will be embarking on (what may turn out to be the victory of hope over logic) a January East Coast run. They’ll be see the band playing dates from Richmond, Virginia, through Providence, Rhode Island from January 15-January 20.
