Kendra Sheetz Maryland-based band The Downstrokes has released a brand new album entitled This Close to Vertigo. The ten tracks explore many forms of punk – from the Green Day-esque opener “Kaput” to the Thin Lizzy stylings of “Flying Metal Death Trap” to the blistering “UFO Baby.” The new album was recorded at Trending Higher Studios and the Warren and mastered by Mass Giorgini. It is also the first split-labeled album between Coffin Curse Records and Allegedly Records
