Chlorine Premieres New Music & Video for “Thanks For Nothing”

Today, we’re premiering a brand new single and an accompany video from Portland’s Chlorine. The song is entitled “Thanks For Nothing” and was produced by Alan Day of Four Years Strong and Jay Massuco (also of Four Years Strong) played studio drums on the effort. The music video also features popular influencer @meredeathmetal.

The Alt/Pop-Punk group was founded by notable NorthWest musician Jared Russell early in 2021. Jared had the following to say about the band’s formation:

“I founded Chlorine in 2021 and set out to do a Grunge revival project while following my Pop Punk roots. I have been playing in Punk Rock bands since I was 12 years old and don’t plan to stop anytime soon… I started writing for Chlorine in 2020 and linked up with Alan Day of Four Year Strong. We used our time through COVID and lockdowns to create The Bittersweet EP and then I flew out to Massachusetts in April to make it happen.
