Kendra Sheetz Atlanta party punk jesters Gas Station Boner Pills has announced the release of their new EP, Unhappy Hour, on February 6th, 2026. The album is four-part musical about the goings on inside of a run of the mill bar and venue during a happy hour. The band is planning to release each of the songs on the album, one at a time along with its own episodic music video. The releases will culminate in a record release show on February 6th at Start Community Bar in Atlanta.
The first release off the album is a track called “These Pants Ain’t Gonna Shit Themselves.” It serves as Part 1 of the saga, i which the listener meets a disgruntled bar manager who encounters his overbearing boss. Meanwhile, in a flashback, a broke man who wants to buy a cybertruck decides that robbing the same local bar is the quickest way to achieve that goal. What happens next? Well you’re just going to have to stay tuned for Part 2.
