Victoria, BC-based Hillsboro has released a brand new single and an accompanying music video. The song, “sleep dealrr” is the second single from the band’s upcoming EP White Trash, which will be released on August 23rd via play dead. White Trash was recorded over a series of short sessions, the EP exudes relentless energy, often teetering on the brink of chaos.
“sleep dealrr” was initially planned to be included on Hillsboro’s 2023 debut album, however after an intensive run of live performances the group soon realized they were working on what would be their next step. The song delivers their signature blend of grit and vulnerability, but expands it into something far more natural and immersive.
