Tacoma, Washington’s Hilltop Rats has released a brand new music video for their song “Divided State.”

The band had the following to say about the new single and accompanying video:

“The premise for the song and the video is simple. Our country is in turmoil. Political, social, and economic unrest are at an all time high. The video highlights how we view our current situation through social media and news outlets. The message is this, if we don’t start setting aside our differences and coming together as one human race, the powers that be will always keep us divided to keep us oppressed. It’s time to take a stand.”
