Kendra Sheetz Kitchener-based punk trio Lyfe Sk!llz is teaching us the ways of the world with their new album How 2 Human, out today via Cartridge Heart. The album was recorded and mixed by Bill Morton and mastered by Matt Gauthier.
The new record is accompanied by a new music video for a new single entitled “What A Day.” It’s a song that is both brooding and menacing; the sound of a man desperately clinging to a calming mantra as he navigates the day-to-day grind. The power of positive energy clashing against the darkness inside.
