Today, we’re premiering a brand new single and accompanying music video from Detroit’s Super*user. The new song is entitled “Slip” is featured on their debut album, Gutless Wonder, out now via GC Records and Ideas Are Bulletproof Records.
The band’s three members grew up together in Dearborn, MI before life pulled them in different directions. Years spent in separate bands and on opposite coasts eventually circled them back to Detroit. Once they reunited, the sound was locked in. Super*user became the room they had been building for years without realizing it.
The video for “Slip” is a surreal look at the inner workings of the brains behind the band, presented as an avant-garde “single take” film. Check it out below and keep checking back for more from Super*user!
