Kelowna, BC-based heavy psychedelic electronic duo The Cavernous has released a new single. Hot off the heels of Please Hold, an album released through a phone number, the band has released a music video from the lead single “Guile.”
Animator Anita Dekok (real name) is integrating animation into Video Synthesis by visual artist Chris Langer. Video Synthesis involves generating video signals electronically, often using devices like video synthesizers or pattern generators to create static or moving images. These devices can also be used to manipulate existing video footage, like altering colors, scaling, or distorting imagery. Anita then traced and drew images on top of the synthetically manipulated video to create something completely distinct.
