Kendra Sheetz Edmonton’s Whale and the Wolf recently teamed up with Grammy-nominated producer Jimmy Mansfield and Paul Rogers to offer up a fresh take on Alternative Rock with their blend of Hard Pop.
They have released a new single, “Veins,” and accompany music video. The song is about the endless battles and negotiations with inner demons, involving the self-medication of those feelings and the addiction that can come with them. It’s the second single off Whale and the Wolf’s upcoming EP, ENVY, which weaves a consistent theme of self-reflection and struggling with self-acceptance.
