Born in Dallas, TX, Marvin (later changed to Michael) Lee Aday took the world by storm with his epic voice and big personality, first in the 1970s in Los Angeles productions of Hair and The Rocky Horror Show (and in its film adaptation The Rocky Horror Picture Show) and his debut smash album Bat Out of Hell, and then again in the early 90s with Bat Out of Hell II: Back into Hell. Meat Loaf died in Nashville, TN on January 20, 2022. He was 74.
