Dave Brown Northcote is the brainchild and moniker of Canadian singer-songwriter Matthew Goud. Since 2009, Goud has released six studio albums, one live album, and three EPs, the latest, Wholeheart, dropped on March 17, 2023. Northcote’s music has transitioned from solitary singer-songwriter to full band and back again. Either way, Goud writes incredibly honest, earnest, and heartfelt songs that have the ability to inspire hope, solace, and understanding.
