Blind Rage Records has announced the release of Oh Condor‘s latest LP, Emergency Psychic, on May 21st. The Dayton, Ohio-based band plays a hard to pin down form of Alt Rock which flits between Math-Rock, Shoegaze, and College Rock with impressive ease.

While everything seems played out nowadays, these thoughtful synthesiscans still offer a fresh look at previously explored ideas. Oh Condor manages that synthesis in a way that feels both novel and familiar. Sometimes the building blocks just need to be rearranged, and Oh Condor have constructed something here that is well worth your attention.
