Chicago’s Alleys and Gangways is celebrating the self-release of their new EP today. The five track album, entitled Take This Outside, is the band’s third EP and sees the band returning to audio engineer and Chicago legend Dan Tinkler for the recording process.

Since the release of their latest EP, Long Shot, the band has had a bit of a lineup change. Chris Walls (drums) and RJ Gonzini (guitar) have joined founding members Jaret O’Neill (vocals), Nick Thomas (guitar), and Davey Grzeslo (bass). The result is a melting pot of each member’s original styles which culminates in a multi-layered sound that is intense enough to cater to the punks and bouncy enough to retain the pop.
