Kendra Sheetz Carbondale, IL pop-punk band Bedspin has released their debut album entitled Waste My Time. The album was recorded, engineered, and mixed by pop punk legend Adam Fletcher of The Copyrights and Dear Landlord fame, at the infamous 30+ year old Carbondale punk house, Lost Cross.
