Kendra Sheetz El Sancho, a DIY punk band from the Big Island of Hawaii, has released a brand new album today. The thirteen-song LP is entitled Roll Right Over You and is the band’s fourth album.
The album was mixed by Bad Copy contributor Craig Billmeier (The Love Songs, World Air Guitar Champion) and mastered by Jack Endino (Nirvana, Soundgarden). The artwork was created by Greg Higgins (Schlong, Very Small/Too Many Records, Big Comb) and captures the vibe of the last song of the album, “The Kids are Gonna Roll Right Over You.” It’s about the right wing culture warriors who demonize LGBTQIA+ kids to score political points, but the kids just don’t care and roll right along.
