Kendra Sheetz Wisconsin cowpunkers Wood Chickens are heading out on a Midwestern tour this September in support of their debut LP Countrycide. The album is available on LP and CD from Big Neck Records and on cassette from Push & Pull Records. The ‘North Coast Tour’ will consist of seventeen consecutive shows in the upper Midwest, with various other regional dates scattered throughout the rest of the month. The trio will be visiting territory bordering the Great Lakes (“The North Coast”) such as Duluth, MN and Marquette, MI.
This tour will feature Wood Chickens playing some unconventional venues, such as the public library in Dubuque, IA, and even includes a show opening for the Legendary Shack Shakers at Club Garibaldi’s in Milwaukee!
