Holy Nowhere Releases Debut Single “Save You” with Music Video

New Jersey native and current Seattle-resident, Steve Sachs made a name for himself writing guitar-driven, fuzz-pop bangers with his former band, YJY. When that endeavor came to an end, Sachs moved to the west coast, but found himself writing less and less. Then, out of nowhere, he experienced a panic attack so profound that for a brief moment everything in his life was called into question. It was a shock to the system and left him feeling oddly inspired.

On a whim a friend introduced him to artist/producer and all-around-creative Dana Why, who was open to collaborating on the songs. Dana helped build and shape the demos into an album’s worth of song that include catchy, intoxicating elements of electronic pop and indie rock, razor sharp lyricism, and ultra polished production. The new solo project is entitled Holy Nowhere

The first single, “Save You,” has been released along with an accompanying music video for the track. The LP, Soft Return, will be released tomorrow, December 8th, and will be available on mint colored vinyl.

Check out the video for “Save You” below and keep checking back for more from Holy Nowhere.
