Beloved Chicago pop-punk band MEST has released a new single entitled “When We Were Young,” Yes, like the festival. The song features Jaret Reddick from Bowling For Soup and also comes with a brand spankin’ new music video.
The band has spent the last two years writing and recording the first of three full-length albums which will be released this year, the first of which – Youth – will be released on vinyl on May 31st. The band will be releasing the album on Avex Records in Japan as well as SBAM Records in Europe.
When MEST frontman Tony was asked “If you had sum up 28 years of MEST’s career thus far, how would you do it?” He replied:
“I don’t know, I mean honestly it feels like we’re just getting started…”
