New York’s Surfbort has released a brand new music video for all the junk good lovers out there. The song is featured on the band’s latest full-length release, Keep on Truckin’, out now. The music video was animated by wonder-duo Glendon & Isabella.

Band vocalist Dani Miller had the following to say about the new release:

“In the video all the food products come alive and kill us! And we get destroyed by fast food chains and snacks! Our guitarist Matty is hooked on coffee so in ‘Killed by Food’ music video he dies of a tragic coffee overdose. And Sean is always eating Fritos and beans in the tour van. I die by Taco Bell which is appropriate because that is my weakness. I love Taco Bell. Nick and Kilgore die tragically by food, but honestly in real life they are smart with snacks. I see them eating lots of bananas in the tour van and nuts and oatmeal… boring!”

And the band had one last “Killed by Food” inspired bit of advice:

“I think it’s important to find a balance with junk food and health. Get killed by food on a Saturday and then give your body the greens on a Tuesday. Oh ya, and drink lots of water. Muah!”
