Chicago-based pop punk band Woolworthy has released a new single entitled “Break the Law with You” along with an accompanying music video. The song is featured on the group’s comeback record, Electric Heartbreak, which was released last year on Boss Tuneage Records following the band’s reformation after an 18-year hiatus.
Woolworthy is known for their unique blend of Midwestern pop-punk reminiscent of The Replacements and irreverent power-pop akin to Cheap Trick. The band has picked up right where they left off with their fun, catchy melodies and Chicago, blue-collar rock and roll that resonates with listeners both old and new.
