Bad Copy’s infamous BAD LIBS are back to help Riot Fest celebrate another year of reunions, releases, and rain! Our Bad Copy team spent the music-packed mud-filled weekend running (walking carefully and sloppily) rampant all over Douglass Park in Chicago watching bands and then sprinting back to the Press Area for round after round of one of our favorite nostalgic games!
Almost There But Not Really is one of those local Chicago bands that comes on your playlist and makes you immediately turn the volume up and feel those feels. Their songs have that perfect combination of melancholy and movement, the kind of music that makes you want to stare dramatically out a car window while simultaneously nodding along. We caught up with most of the band in the Press area for a round of BAD LIBS! They were hilarious, they played along, and we had an absolute blast. New favorite local band.
