Bad Copy’s infamous BAD LIBS are back to help Riot Fest celebrate another year of reunions, releases, and rain! Our Bad Copy team spent the music-packed mud-filled weekend running (walking carefully and sloppily) rampant all over Douglass Park in Chicago watching bands and then sprinting back to the Press Area for round after round of one of our favorite nostalgic games!
ASAVA brought some seriously heavy energy to Riot Fest, delivering the kind of alt-metal that makes you want to bang your head first and figure out what just happened later. Their sound is dark, aggressive, and ridiculously fun, with enough groove and atmosphere to keep you locked in from the first note. We caught up with the band for a round of Bad Libs, and thankfully, they were just as fun offstage as they are loud onstage.
