Bad Copy’s infamous BAD LIBS are back to help Riot Fest celebrate another year of reunions, releases, and rain! Our Bad Copy team spent the music-packed mud-filled weekend running (walking carefully and sloppily) rampant all over Douglass Park in Chicago watching bands and then sprinting back to the Press Area for round after round of one of our favorite nostalgic games!
Hot Rod Circuit has been a favorite of ours for decades. So catching them at Riot Fest and then meeting up for a round of Bad Libs was a pretty damn good full-circle moment. Their mix of hooks, heart, and early-2000s emo energy still hits… and so did their proper noun selection!
Hot Rod Circuit has been a favorite of mine for decades. In fact, I remember walking through a college campus, checking it out when I was still in high school, and seeing someone in a HRC shirt and thinking that this school had people in it just like me. So catching the band at Riot Fest and then meeting up for a round of Bad Libs was a pretty damn good full-circle moment.
