Bad Copy’s infamous BAD LIBS are back to help Riot Fest celebrate another year of reunions, releases, and rain! Our Bad Copy team spent the music-packed mud-filled weekend running (walking carefully and sloppily) rampant all over Douglass Park in Chicago watching bands and then sprinting back to the Press Area for round after round of one of our favorite nostalgic games!
We were late walking into the festival for Day 2, but I could hear NOBRO from the other side of the fence. As soon as I was in the gates, I ran over to catch them. The Montreal punk crew brings a gloriously chaotic mix of garage rock, big riffs, filthy bass lines, and the kind of energy that makes standing still feel like a personal failure. We caught up with the band for a round of Bad Libs and laughs.
