Riverboat Gamblers Announces Inaugural AC Hell Festival

Austin, TX-based power punk band Riverboat Gamblers has announced their first annual AC Hell Festival, to be held on October 14th at Hotel Vegas in Austin.  The fest will take place across two stages and will feature Riverboat Gamblers performing their breakout 2003 album Something To Crow About in its entirety. Joining the five-piece Gamblers will be a plethora of local noisemakers and rabble-rousers, including Starving Wolves, The Oxys, Tiny, Del-Vipers, The Get Lows, User Unauthorized, and No Association.

Something To Crow About received an anniversary repressing in August of this year, which brought the much-beloved Texan punk staple back onto vinyl for the first time since its original release. In the two decades that have passed since that release, the album remains a keystone part of the Gamblers live set, but having got snared in one of those inscrutable music industry contract snafus it has been a glaring omission from the band’s merch table up until now.
