Kendra Sheetz Massachussetts-based punk band Already Dead has released a brand new punchy ska-punk single off their upcoming album. The title track will be featured on the 14 song album, Something Like A War, which will be released on Friday, July 26th.
Band member Dan Cummings shared the following:
“I was watching the Ken Burns documentary on baseball, and heard the Ty Cobb quote about how ‘every game is something like a war’. It immediately resonated with me for a few reasons. First it just sounds badass [laughs]. But also to describe approaching something with that kind of intensity and determination struck a chord.”
Something Like A War arrives on both CD and streaming, and the record release party goes down July 27 in Lowell, MA. Stream the new single below!
