Sincere Engineer Releases New Music Video for “Tourniquet”

Photo: Katie Hovland

Late last year, Sincere Engineer released a single and accompany video for “Trust Me,” the lead single off the Chicago-based band’s upcoming release out this year on Hopeless Records. Today, the band has released another video, teasing out the album once again, this one for a track entitled “Tourniquet.”

The animated music video, created by Nolan Downs, definitely isn’t for those who get woozy with blood… even fake cartoon blood.

Singer/Guitarist Deanna Belos said the following about the track:

“This song is about when it gets cold out and the skin on my hands cracks really bad. But I peppered in some DRAMA. I also employed one of my favorite phrases ever, ‘it’s always something’—I think it says so much without saying anything at all.”

Check out the video for “Tourniquet” below and keep checking back for more from Sincere Engineer and Hopeless Records!
