Erin Doyle 2022 was another year. We’re still in a pandemic, but we sometimes pretend that we aren’t. Influenza is raging this viral season just as hard as all the emo millennials did this summer at the My Chemical Romance reunion tour. We spent hours scrolling through TikTok and getting the viral sounds stuck in our heads. That whole ‘Will Smith slapping Chris Rock’ thing happened. Britney Spears posted at least 50 videos of her doing that weird dancing/posing thing that she does now (You ok, Brit?). And I guess the Queen died or whatever?
Despite everything, 2022 still managed to bring us some rad music. Here are my favs of 2022:
