Joining us this week is the one, the only, Mike Terry. Mike is the guitarist and co-vocalist of The Jukebox Romantics, an energetic Pop-Punk band from New York. The band’s most recent album, a split EP with German punk outfit The Sewer Rats, came out in 2018, so the band is poised to bring some new material to the masses soon.
Mike is a seasoned road dog, having played hundreds of shows with The Jukebox Romantics over the years. We discuss the early days of the band where he details their gung-ho spirit of touring ten months out of the year simply because they could.
As an East Coast “kid,” Mike and I discuss some of the differences (or at least perceived differences) between the two coasts and the subsequent music scenes. Is there a defining characteristic that separates the two?
Mike Terry is also a diehard wrestling fan, so it was fun to nerd out with him a bit about that. We also dig into some of his favorite artists that you should check out, as well as his 5 Desert Island albums.
There is also a video from Jukebox Romantics at the end of the podcast, so watch the whole thing!!

Check back here on Wednesdays for a premiere of each episode, and you’ll also be able to find us on Spotify, Apple Music, Stitcher and other audio podcast streaming services in the days following the initial premiere.
