Kendra Sheetz Foreign Dissent is back after a two year hiatus! The annual 21+ Fest adjacent event, which will be held on October 24th at Will’s Pub, was waylaid in 2020 due to the raging pandemic and in 2021 due to travel restrictions. But Orlando’s International Punk Rock Party is back, baby! This year’s lineup features 8 bands from 7 different countries all for the low price of $10. PLUS, this year features bands from three countries never previously represented: Norway, Chile, and Croatia.
