Kendra Sheetz Chicago’s 8-bit crEEps has released a new single entitled “Graveyard Thinker.” The new song is the debut release off the band’s upcoming LP, Dress For the Future.
The band had the following to say about the new song:
“The title references how I sometimes bike ride in this beautiful old forest cemetery on the south side of Chicago to clear my head. The lyrics mix uncertainty about what’s ahead, with memories from the past. It ties to the album’s theme of how I pictured the future as a teenager, optimistic and excited for advances in society, technology, humanity… And as an adult now, how those things haven’t exactly turned out as hoped.”
