Kendra Sheetz Cactus Vella (Public Mess) has released an acoustic cover of “Missionary” by Operation Ivy on Anxiety Attack Recordings. The song was recorded recently at Goodwood. This is the 4th consecutive month that Cactus has released new music, starting with Public Mess The Dark Party EP in December, followed by a cover of “Modern Love” in January, and the Old Wrecks of Ninety-Something EP last month.
Cactus Vella has been performing and releasing solo acoustic-punk In Southern Ontario since the late 1990s. In 2023 he formed Public Mess, but still continues to release solo music.
