Kendra Sheetz Sell The Heart Records has announced a new multi-band split release titled A 7 Step Guide To Happiness. The EP features exclusive tracks from seven bands, including Her Head’s On Fire, Hotlung, Time Spent Driving, Neckscars, Shotclock, Bear Away, and Hauntu.
Two songs from the album have already been released: “Bound” from Her Head’s On Fire, and most recently “Mote It Be” from Hauntu. Additional songs from the album will be released every two weeks leading up to the full release on October 24th!
The album is available to pre-order now on 12″ vinyl, which features the songs on Side-A and a custom etching on Side-B, with only 100 copies being pressed. It is also available on digital download, and will be available to stream on all platforms.
