Kendra Sheetz Sell The Heart Records has released a new compilation, entitled Bodies Upon the Gears – Volume 1, via their Bandcamp to raise funds for organizations fighting for racial justice (via ActBlue).
The 20+ track compilation features artists from the label along with a dynamic group of artists that the label is proud to consider their friends. Artists include: Unconditional Arms, Middle-Aged Queers, TULPA LUNA, Build Us Airplanes, Decent Criminal, SNIPERS!!, Goodriddler, Pillars, Be//Still, Super Monster Wolves, Datura, The Hammerbombs, RLND, States of Nature, TREASVRE, Michael O’Connor, Death Tapes, Feeling Sad, Year of the Fist, Proud City Fathers, and Steadfast HTXA. As you can see, that’s a great mix of Punk, Hardcore, Electronic, Post-Rock, Post-Punk and more!
The comp is currently set as a ‘name your own price,’ but try to donate a least $5 if you can and listen to songs from all these great artists courtesy of Sell the Heart!
