Kendra Sheetz Just in time for another year of star-spangled-fascist-horror, the San Fernando Valley’s Total Massacre has returned with fresh music for fighting back. Maybe you’ve noticed that every single thing in your life is worse than it used to be? Well, so have these Los Angeles hardcore stalwarts. The band has released a new single entitled “Satisfaction Guarantee” which will be featured on a new album, Gross Domestic Product. The new EP serves as a furious rejoinder to the boring, normalized, ever-present oppression we have all felt but maybe not had the words for.
Almost immediately after releasing 2024’s Class War, the band returned to the studio to record four new songs that will comprise the first EP in a planned series. Written in the run up to the 2024 election, and recorded in its aftermath, the immediacy in these songs is classic Total Massacre.
