American Thrills has released a new music video for their single “Old Things.” The song is the title track from the band’s most recent EP which was released on New School Records and Cat’s Claw Records earlier this year. The record was made with the help of Chris Teti (The World is a Beaitiful Place & I am No Longer Afraid to Die) and features vocals from Andy Jackson of Hot Rod Circuit.
On “Old Things,” the band shares:
“Sometimes life tries to beat you down. ‘Old Things’ is about trying to keep your head up in even the darkest times.”
About the new release, the band had the following to say:
“The Old Things EP tackles the subject of loss and the complicated feelings that come along with it. It’s an upbeat pop-punk record that any late 20-30 something can relate to. We like to play loud and want you guys in the front row, with fists in the air, screaming along with us.”
