Philadelphia Melodic-Punk band Crossed Keys has released a brand new music video for their single “Vina Park.” The song can be found on their new album, Believes In You which was recorded at Retro City Studios by Andy Clarke (Spirit of the Beehive, The Wonder Years) and Dave Klyman (Restorations). Vocals were recorded by Brian McTernan (Hot Water Music, Be Well) and the entire album was mixed by Steve Evetts (Saves the Day, Dillinger Escape Plan). Vinyl pre-orders are available now from Dead Satellite Records, Creep Records, and Sell the Heart Records.
The band features former members of Kid Dynamite, Good Riddance, Zolof the Rock & Roll Destroyer, among others and is heavily informed by classic Punk and Hardcore bands in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Vocalist Josh Alvarez had the following to say about the new one:
“‘Vina Park’ is a song about friendship. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as thematic elements in Crossed Keys songs are concerned, but the subject matter of our friends is foundational to the entire thesis of our lyrical oeuvre. Or something like that. In any case, we celebrate friends and this song is about that.”
The band teamed up with director Shotgun to film the music video. Check it out below and keep checking back for more from Crossed Keys.
