Today, we’re premiering a brand new single and video from San Diego-based songwriter Ricky (Hey Chels, Western Settings). The song is entitled “Ground Hole” off his upcoming album, Pure Fun, which will be released this Fall via Wiretap Records and Paper Street Cuts.
Ricky started writing songs for a solo endeavor in early 2019 and finished writing those songs in early 2020. He self released his debut album titled Palm Trees in 2020 produced by Tyson (Chicken) Annicharico of the band Dead To Me. Immediately following the release of Palm Trees, Ricky began writing a follow up record which is titled Pure Fun and also produced by Tyson.
