Punk Rock Bowling is here and we wanted to do something to help celebrate one of the biggest parties in Vegas. So we fired off a lightening interview round with a number of bands who are playing this year’s famous desert festival.
We spoke with Stephanie AKA Rusty Coathanger of The Coathangers about all things Vegas. The three-piece will be playing the festival’s second stage on Sunday the 26th at 6:30PM. So make sure to catch them!
In case you have been deep in hiding for the last six or so months: Punk Rock Bowling begins on Thursday, May 23rd with club shows and the main stage events begin on Saturday, the 25th. The party will continue all through the weekend into Monday, May 27th. Three days passes and single day passes are still on sale now! Gambling anywhere on Fremont Street! It’s cheap and a lil trashy, so a good time is always guaranteed.
What bands are you most excited to see or play alongside on this year’s lineup?
Descendents, Refused, and The Vandals for sure but stoked to see as many of the bands as possible
What’s the grossest item to eat from a Vegas buffet?
Anything really, any type of fish item more specifically.
What’s your ‘go to’ gambling game?
S-Dawg or “What Have I Done.”
If your band had a bowling team, what would the team name be?
