Punk Rock greats Bad Religion has announced that they will be releasing an autobiographical book to coincide with the band’s 40th anniversary. The book, aptly titled Do What You Want: The Story of Bad Religion, is the first autobiography of the band, written with their full cooperation and support. It reveals the ups and downs of the band’s 40-year career and will feature rare photos, never-before-seen material from the archives, and all-new interviews with former members and famous friends.

Do What You Want, co-authored by accomplished music writer Jim Ruland, will be hitting the shelves on August 18th and is available now for pre-order at all major retailers. It also will be available via e-book and in audio format.
