Kendra Sheetz Boston-based mod-pop trio The Chelsea Curve recently released their sophomore album entitled The Rideout on CD and digital via Rum Bar Records.
Its title taken directly from English scooter culture parlance that inspires the band’s ethos, style, and sound, The Rideout is classic Chelsea Curve, where British indie and mod culture intertwine with stateside power-pop, punk, and college rock.
Band member Linda Pardee shared the following about the new album:
“This record is about living for the moment, being with your people and just enjoying life. Yeah, kind of corny, but life’s way too short to be precious.”
