The day began with sunny skies and a gentle warmth as I packed up my car, the perfect start to a great night. I was especially excited to capture some talented artists. I made my way to the stage as the first band prepared to take the spotlight, and the crowd eagerly gathered around.

The opening act, Collapse, Create, is a Rock/Metal band from Rockford, IL. The group began their musical journey about four years ago and is now fully dedicated to their craft. I have worked with them various times, and I was excited to see them perform again. As they took the stage, the crowd quieted, and the lead vocalist greeted everyone with a huge smile. His powerful vocals immediately captured the room. The band shared great chemistry, making for an engaging and cohesive performance.

The second band, Un-Broken, is a Metal/Rock band from Wausau, WI. Their sound is very unique. With that being said, I was eager to capture their performance. As soon as the lead singer entered, his energy was contagious. Each member of the band was head banging and moving around. They had some killer breakdowns, and the overall performance was high-energy. It was a blast to capture their set.

The third band, Inherit The Earth, is Rock/Alternative band from Madison, WI. I had yet to work with this band and I was looking forward to capturing their set. The band walked on stage with great enthusiasm, exchanging a knowing look before launching into their first song. The vocalist was full of great energy, and the drummer added a lively, upbeat vibe to their set. I had a lot of fun capturing their performance.

The fourth band, Levels, is a Metal boy band from Arkansas. They fuse heavy metal with elements of pop, electronic, and drum and bass. I am not entirely familiar with their music, but I was excited to capture their set. As the band entered the room, the lights dimmed, and the crowd began cheering. The lead vocalist Kolby Carignan made his way to the center of the stage with an energy that immediately set the tone. The whole band radiated a mysterious, cohesive energy, dressed in black attire and turtle necks. The entire room jumped around as the band performed. I had an absolute blast capturing their set.

The final act of night, Keith Wallen, is a Rock artist from Beckley, WV. He is best known as a member of the alternative rock band Breaking Benjamin. With being familiar with his work, I was excited to capture his set. The band entered with great enthusiasm, they greeted everyone in the room, then began performing. Each member of the band was very interactive, one of the guitarists was even handing out guitar picks. Fans along the barricade sang along passionately. The positive vibes were very contagious. I had a great time capturing their performance.

All five acts brought something unique and powerful to the night. It was a blast to capture every moment.
