Mat Stokes Bad Copy’s infamous BAD LIBS are back for another year of Riot Fest! Our Bad Copy team spent the music-packed weekend running rampant all over Douglas Park in Chicago watching bands and then sprinting back to the Press Area for beers, hard seltzers, and round after round of one of our favorite childhood games. We felt like last year, while fun and hilarious, was missing something. While we got to see all these amazing bands and artists read their BAD LIBS, you didn’t get the same chance. That’s why we’ve included videos this year!
AMBUSH INTERVIEW ALERT! We snuck in a quick round of libs with tour manager extraordinaire Dante Graziani while the band he’s currently managing, Less Than Jake (perhaps you’ve heard of them?), was being interviewed for JBTV. Dante is originally from New Orleans and also managed PEARS (perhaps you’ve heard of them too?). And when he’s not traveling all over the world, he also drums in the NOLA-based band Joystick.
