Kendra Sheetz The advance tickets for this year’s Dummerfest have come and gone. But the Milwaukee-based festival is offering up a pair of free tickets along with a free silk-screened poster.
All you have to do is re-post the below image of the festival poster on your Facebook profile along with the caption:”GETTING DUMB IN MILWAUKEE ON JUNE 22 #DUMMERFEST2K19″ (and make sure you use all caps so it reads like you’re shouting). Do that, don’t fuck it up, and Dummerfest will be picking the winner on Monday, June 10th.
This year’s festival – held on Saturday, June 22nd at The Very Famous X-Ray Arcade – will be headlined by The Lawrence Arms and will also include: Direct Hit * La Armada * The Lippies * Rio Turbo * Nato Coles & the Blue Diamond Band * Kali Masi * The Punchlines * The American Dead * Devon Kay & the Solutions * Engines * Slaughter Rule * Hummin Bird * Dead Man’s Carnival * Blood People * Greys
There will be two stages plus a Friday night pre-show entitled “The Royal Dumble” with legacy pro-wrestling and others. Advance tickets are SOLD OUT, but they will be offering tickets at the door for $50. Or just post the photo and the caption to your Facebook and get that pair of free tickets plus a rad poster.
